Between us, we've spent two decades building companies, teams, and systems across e-commerce, retail, HR, learning design, and digital brand building — in Norway, Italy, the Middle East, and Australia.   • Plan for 3–4 hours per week — roughly 30–45 minutes on weekdays. Milestone weeks (Week 1 and Week 2) are slightly more intensive. The program is designed for people with real jobs, so it's dense and skips anything that doesn't directly apply to your work.
